What's included
The glass is only half the job.
A window looks clean when the frame, track, and sill are clean too — so those are in the price, not the fine print.
- Inside, by hand
Squeegee and soap, done the slow way — frames wiped, sills cleaned, tracks vacuumed and detailed. We just need the blinds up and a path to the glass.
- Outside, two ways
Squeegee where detail matters; water-fed pole with purified water everywhere else — it rinses spot-free because there's nothing in the water to leave behind.
- Tracks & sills
That gray line of grit in the track comes out on every job. It's included, not an add-on.
- Screens — optional
Every screen comes out and gets hand-washed, so it's priced honestly as a separate charge. Say the word in the quote and it's handled.
The proper method
Two tools, on purpose.
Squeegee and soap for detail work — interiors, frames, panes with dividers. A water-fed pole with purified water for the rest: no soap residue, no towel-drying, and it dries clear because the water itself is clean.
One honest limit: exterior work goes up to the second story. Above that, the ladder math stops making sense for your house and our crew — we'll tell you straight rather than take the risk.

One honest exception: sprinklers and years of mineral deposits can etch glass itself. That's damage, not dirt — no wash undoes it. If we see etching, we'll show you before we touch anything, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes — inside and out is the standard job. Inside work is squeegee and soap, done by hand, with sills and tracks wiped as we go. We just need access: blinds up, furniture we can work around, and any breakables moved off the sills.
Are screens included?
Screen cleaning is a separate charge — every screen comes out and gets hand-washed, so it's real work priced honestly rather than buried in the total. Tracks and sills, on the other hand, are included every time.
What about hard-water stains?
Surface mineral spots from sprinklers and rain usually come off with the wash. But years of hard water can etch the glass itself — that's damage, not dirt, and no wash can undo it. If we see etching, we'll show you before we touch anything, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
How high do you go?
Exterior window cleaning up to the second story. Above that, the ladder math stops making sense for your house and our crew — we'd rather tell you straight than take the risk. Ground-floor and second-story windows are fully covered, inside and out.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most homes around here do it once or twice a year. Shoreline salt, spring pollen, and summer road dust are the usual culprits — if your sills are gritty, the glass is worse.
